These terms govern your use of the Celeste website. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The site is operated by Celeste Eye Wear, founded by Alyssa Mehta, based in Essex, United Kingdom. You can reach us at hello@celeste.fashion
Pre-launch status
Celeste is a pre-launch brand. The current site exists so that you can learn about Celeste, and reserve a place in our first run. We are not selling eyewear at this time.
Anything that looks like a price, a frame name, a specification, or an availability indicator is information about our intentions, and may change before the first run opens.
Reservations
When you reserve a frame, you give us your name, your email, and the frame you would like to hold. We will contact you once, when the first run opens, so that you can choose your frame then.
No payment is taken. The reservation is not a contract of sale, not an option to purchase, and not a guarantee that any specific frame, price, or release date will be available. Either side is free to walk away at any time, at no cost.
We may close, reopen, or change the reservation list. We may change the frames offered, the order of release, or the timing of the first run. We will not surprise you with a charge.

When you use the Celeste website, please do not:

- Submit information about anyone other than yourself, or pretend to be someone else.
- Use any automated method to access or scrape the site without our written permission.
We may remove a reservation, restrict access, or take other reasonable action if these terms are not followed.
